Paula is an accredited (BACP, BASRT) Sexual & Relationship Psychotherapist experienced in working with couples, individuals, young people and families. She works both for Relate and in private practice. Over the past 12 years, she has helped many hundreds of clients from all walks of life with a huge diversity of sexual, relationship and family difficulties. Paula works at her local Relate Centre as a young people’s and family counsellor. She is also the Clinical Director of a new text service, 84Luv.
As an expert on relationships and sexuality, she is regularly asked to comment for national press and women’s magazines as well as appearing on national radio and television. She has written widely on relationships and is currently writing a new Relate Guide due to be published later in 2007. She is also a behind the scenes consultant for BBC Drama and BBC Factual.
